Goods Return 
If you are going to return goods because of quality defects, please report your complaint via email to qm@qi-mi.com stating the reason for return. After evaluating your complaint, we may offer to replace or refund as it subjects to each individual case. Please understand that we can only accept items with their original packaging within 7 days upon your receipt of goods.
